Okay, now that’s sorted we can move onto today’s post. Which will be short and sweet… Today is the official release date of my first professional publication. This is a big day for me, one I’ve waited for for a long, looong time. Something like 24 years, ever since at 12-years-old I decided I wanted to write and publish novels.
So The Eternal Kiss isn’t a novel, but it’s still an achievement I want to share with my fellow Dames and all our readers on the Deadline Dames blog. It’s a wonderful YA anthology of 13 (not ‘12′ as it says on Amazon) vampire tales, written specifically for the collection. Editor Trisha Telep wanted a mixture of established and new writers, and I’m grateful to have the chance to share anthology space with authors such as Holly Black, Kelley Armstrong, Rachel Caine and… our very own Dame Lili (writing as Lili St. Crow). In fact, I’ve read every story in the book and they ALL rock. I can’t speak for my own contribution, but I hope it stands up alongside the others.

I had a lot of fun writing this one – my teenage vampire, Moth, is a character I love to spend time with and I really hope other people like her too. I’m currently revising a novel where she’s the protagonist, which Dame Agent might sell one day. Cross your fingers for me, ‘kay?

Definitely the 10th Doctor! With Captain Jack Harkness at a very close second choice.
My dream eternal kiss… Hmm. Urm, wow I have a lot to chose from apparently. I think at the moment i’d have to pick Draco Malfoy. : ) (Not Tom Felton!) Can’t stress that enough. The whiny, snobby bully with a pointy ferret face, that’s who I want. Either that or anybody who can sing and play a guitar within a 3 mile radius. One chord and i’ll swoon most likely. Hehe.
That’s a toughie. Just one? Okay. I’ll go with Jace from Rachel Vincent’s Werecat series being half of the wonder twins, and a character who runs away with my heart in every scene he’s in!
If you’re going by character, I’d like an eternal kiss from Captain Jack Sparrow (what can I say, there’s just something about him, not just that he’s played by Johnny Depp – okay that has a LOT to do with it!) and the vampire Mitchell in BBC America’s Being Human, played by Aiden Turner. All I can say is, if you haven’t seen him/it yet, you should.

As shy as I am–and OMG I’m 21 years old and still am shy–I wouldn’t mind an eternal kiss from good ol’ Captain Jack Sparrow as well! I really would’ve liked to have one from Heath Ledger, always loved him ever since 10 Things I Hate about You, but that’s not likely to happen. Not unless I summon up his ghost! I think I’ll let him rest in peace though. So bring me Captain Jack Sparrow!

Well, teh person i would like an “eternal kiss” from is the guy I’ve imagine to pass all my life with, and of course I never really met him, but I really believe, with the bottom of my heart that he exist and is there somewhere in the world living happily and unconsciously waiting for me.
Every time when I go to sleep I imagine him, tall, broad shoulders, coffee with milk skin, black and rebels hair, light eyes that shine when sees me and of course a really good body! I’m not going into details because I would write pages about my dream guy, but one thing is for sure: him I would kiss forever (:
